This antique English inkwell has a silver hinged-collar and crystal well. All its horizontal and vertical edges are beveled. These simple, elegant lines are rare to find in antique inkwells, where most are typically much more ornately Rococo. The piece is in magnificent shape, with the exception of a small 'windshield-style' chip (3/8" diameter) in one upper corner. The price reflects this. See less
