This substantial Gorham “Heritage” silverplate vessel has all the right details: a scalloped, ornamented rim, a classic trophy/vase silhouette, and decorative scroll handles that give it that old-world, “this has lived a life” look. It works beautifully as a champagne/wine cooler, a statement centerpiece, or even as an unexpected planter (I love it with a mossy arrangement or a loose handful of garden blooms).

Marked on the underside “GORHAM Heritage” with “E.P.” (electroplated) and the anchor emblem, a nod to Gorham’s long American silversmithing history. Measures approximately 10" tall, 10" wide including handles, and 9" deep. In good vintage condition with age-appropriate wear. Visible surface scratches and polishing marks, scattered tarnish/spotting, and notable interior patina/spotting consistent with use and age (see photos). No structural issues noted; displays beautifully and reads elevated in person. The kind of statement piece that anchors a tablescape and elevates everything around it. See less
