Solid mahogany wood construction
Raised paneled sides
Upper section is fitted with a row of smaller drawers above progressively deeper lower drawers
Drawer fronts framed with molded edges and fitted with pierced brass bail pulls and escutcheons
Interior drawer compartments finished in wood with visible joinery and rails
Carved apron and scrolling cabriole legs that terminate in claw-and-ball feet
Back panel features horizontal boards
Good antique condition with surface that shows scattered finish wear and abrasions consistent with age and use, including small losses along carved details. Localized areas of wood loss and chipping along carved wing elements and lower carved sections. Carved wing and feather elements exhibit small edge losses. Top and upper molding show surface scuffs, edge wear and small finish inconsistencies. Back panel exhibits age darkening, surface wear and tonal variations. Structurally sound.
