Up for sale is a very nice quality antique 19th century gilded bronze writing inkwell stand.
It's made of very thick gold gilded bronze, is a heavy piece, and done with very elaborate detailing throughout.
The open winged griffin footed stand has a hinged inkwell with a removable porcelain insert.
It also has intricate dolphin detail on the corners of the base done in high relief.
The stand is in very nice condition and measures 8 3/4 inches wide by 5 inches tall.
