Pair of Danish armchairs by Jens Hjort for Randers Stolefabrik, 1953–54. Oak frame and organic profile, striped bouclé upholstery in orange tones.
Pair of Danish "306" armchairs, designed by Jens Hjorth and produced by Randers Stolefabrik around 1953–54. The soft silhouette, with an enveloping backrest and integrated armrests, interprets the Nordic organicism of the period with restraint. The striped fabric, with a textured bouclé feel, enlivens the design with a warm, vintage graphic touch.
