The dome is formed in a deep smoky glass with repeating etched botanical leaf motifs, sitting above a warm golden amber-toned blown glass base. The form is hollow blown glass with the dome and stem formed as one piece and a separately applied base, a construction commonly seen in decorative art glass production of the period.
