This N. Møller Model 80A stool is distinguished by its original woven textile seat, an exceptionally rare variation of a model typically produced with paper cord. Textile-seat examples were made in significantly smaller numbers—often as special-order or limited production—and are seldom encountered today. Unlike paper cord, textile seating required greater craftsmanship and was not intended as a replaceable material, making surviving original examples particularly scarce.
