Produced in 1978 by Edition Partanen, Schluchsee, this piece is part of Edition of 50.Matti Kujasalo (b. 1946, Helsinki) is a leading figure in Finnish Constructivist art. Since the 1970s, he has developed a unique visual grammar based on systematic seriality and logical progression. His paintings and graphics often utilize grids and overlapping structures to create optical vibrations and illusions of movement, exploring the limits of visual perception. Kujasalo represented Finland at the Venice Biennale in 1986 and his works are included in major collections such as the Albertina in Vienna.Condition:
