We are selling this Chinese Ginger Jar. This Ginger jar has great traditional form with dark mirror black glaze. The mirror black glaze transitions to brown at the mouth. We believe this example to be late 19th or early 20th century republic period. Great decorative form with the mirror black surface on this form.
Condition: Good antique condition. Some firing flaws. Very small very tight hairline visible on the inside of the mouth and barely visible on the exterior.
