The large mirror was cut to shape and bordered by the original brass hooks, each with four pegs. Seat lifts for extra storage inside. Exceptional solid oak used for this striking and well made Victorian piece. Dates from around 1900, not a later reproduction. Although the original intention of this item was by the entrance of the house, it is a fun piece to use in creative ways: bedroom, large bathroom, etc.
