Antique French Louis Philippe silver gilt mirror, c.1870
A good looking French mirror with original silver gilt finish. Having a traditional rounded top and squared off base. Note the geometric design running around the whole central section. Good color and condition throughout with the expected age wear. Note the original back boards and original mirror plate that shows foxing from age, as seen mirrored in my shirt in the pics. This can be seen to some extent on most of the mirror. Hanging wire on rear.
