This Qing Dynasty antique Chinese blue and white Qianlong-marked large water jug or wedding teapot is in lovely antique condition, lacking lid. Featuring an expressive hand-painted floral motif and geometric banding, the rounded form is accented by small sculptural lugs and a spout.
Rich cobalt decoration against a creamy ground gives this piece timeless appeal—perfect as a standalone accent, for styling on open shelving, or incorporated into a layered blue-and-white collection.
The base is white with cobalt blue iron spots, characteristic of older blue-and-white porcelain production techniques.
