Add a Swedish Art Deco flair to your tabletop with this classic and elegant brass pedestal bowl from the 1940s. The bowl sits on a circular stepped base decorated with an open frieze of foliage and blossoms. It has a very clean, sculptural look that is characteristic of the Scandinavian functionalism movement at the time. This quality decorative piece makes for a magnificent centerpiece and will add some shine to any tabletop.
The bowl has a nice patina with some surface imperfections as shown that does not detract from the piece. In good vintage condition with light scratches and normal wear from age and use. Free of dents or repairs.
