Each plate features a hand-painted rooster at the center, surrounded by dense hand-applied gilt scrollwork and a gilt rim. The underside bears the handwritten “Chamberlain Worcester” mark. The combination of round and square forms suggests the set was intended for dessert or service rather than uniform place settings. See less
