This is a one of a kind table lamp as it's a proto-type for The MacKenzie Childs Company. A slightly heavy canister body with a very "rustic patina” and removable base. The hand-made shade also carries the farm animal look with the traditional Childs Black and White checker around the top of the base and on the shade top. This is a very , very nice piece as it's a one-of-kind. MacKenzie Childs was a very traditional American, Aurora, New York product line that has blown into global business with products found in the UK and many other international countries.
