Carved in wood and polychromed in gold and red tones, it shows the Virgin crowned, with a metallic halo and holding a scepter, while she holds the Child in her left arm. At her feet, three cherub heads complete the composition, a characteristic motif of Baroque iconography. Although the original rosary is no longer extant, the devotion is clearly recognizable by the figure's pose and attributes.
