Original hand colored wood engraving of Black Bass Fishing, created by American artist A. B. Frost and published in Harper's Weekly in August 1882. The print was featured in the August 19, 1882, edition of the magazine. Arthur Burdett Frost (1851–1928) was a prolific illustrator and cartoonist considered a major figure in the "Golden Age of American Illustration".
