This piece is made of solid wood construction, primarily rosewood and tinted rosewood that has been finished in a lustrous French polish of museum quality. The doors showcase a beautiful parquetry diamond design. There are five doors that open to interior shelving with working locks and keys. The curved doors on the ends are also functional. This piece features gilt brass trims and hardware throughout. The credenza is topped with an intact Carrara marble slab and is supported by tapered and fluted toupee feet. This buffet is in very nice antique condition with only minor surface wear consistent with age and use. The photos accurately depict the condition. See less
