Drawing from Frank Lloyd Wright’s Usonian principles, Sauer created a design using molded plywood and welded steel rod framing, built for simplicity, strength, and honest materials. These are part of that first wave, produced before later updates introduced composite materials.

Condition: Structurally solid with age-related wear, patina, and some staining, and chipping but are fully usable and rich with character.
