Art Deco spirit measure / jigger. Bottom up / roll over type of hemispheric form made to rest on top of your glass or shaker then roll to empty contents. 2 oz.
Patented in 1959, this Napier jigger was known as the “bottoms up jigger” and was sold for close to fifty years. It is highly collectible even today.
This silver measuring cup is designed to sit on a cocktail glass rim or shaker while you measure out the liquid. You roll over the measuring cup on its axel so that the bowl tips over to pour the measure into the container, going "bottoms up." Once the bowl swings back, you can continue to measure out the next ingredient and roll over the bowl bottoms up into the container until all measures are completed. Also known as a "tipping jigger."
A true American bar classic. Home decor shops have been selling knock offs of this design since the 1990s but now you can own an original Napier Bottoms Up Rollover Jigger with its American-made vintage elegant design and a part of history.
