This pot … Read more A superb antique 19th century French confit pot with mustard yellow glaze from the South of France, Castelnaudary. This pot or planter is hand thrown with charming handles known as 'ears'. These jars were used for storing and preserving cooked meat. It displays beautifully, perfect with a bouquet of flowers. These are lovely displayed in groups as shown in the last photo, and we have several different sizes listed in our shop. See less
