This vibrant textile work was produced by Oriental Wavers for Sphinx Designs. Made in Egypt circa 1980-1990. The rug was authorized by the Andy Warhol Foundation under the copyright known as the Master Series, which included several other of Warhol's works. Under this series, it was retitled "Shoes Galore."

These highly collectible, limited edition works have been discontinued for many decades, and rarely come to market

Included in the photos, is an mage of the label, originally affixed to the backing, which came off when the rug was professionally cleaned.

We are also selling another Diamond and Dust, Original, Rare, huge formatted Serigraph, published in Germany authorized by the Warhol Foundation as well
