Produced in Minnesota from clay on the banks of the Nemadji River since the early 1900's, the pottery bowl has a cream based matte exterior that has been dipped in pigments, with a glazed interior making it water resistant. This small, circular bowl shaped vessel stands 4.5" tall and 4" wide. The brand stamp on the bottom dates the piece to between 1930 and 1980. Nemadji Pottery is quite collectible because no 2 pieces are the same given the individualized process for decoration and design. See less
