This pair of armchairs was made in France in the 1930s.
The frames are constructed from solid beech wood with curved armrests, rectangular backrests, and tapered legs. The seats and backrests are upholstered in rose-red velvet fabric, finished with decorative upholstery nails along the edges.
The design reflects the geometric lines and balanced proportions typical of the Art Deco period. Both chairs remain structurally sound and stable, with light surface wear consistent with age and use.
