Original hand-embellished pochoir by American modernist Jack Levine, created in 1970 as part of his Facing East portfolio.
This work, titled Geisha with Attendant, depicts two figures rendered in Levine’s expressive, painterly style, combining bold black line with layered hand-applied color. Unlike standard prints, this example shows visible hand work and surface variation, giving the piece depth and individuality.
The artwork is printed on Ingres paper and presented in a vintage frame. It is ready to hang.
Jack Levine (1915–2010) was a leading figure in 20th-century American art, and his work is held in the collections of major institutions including the Museum of Modern Art, the Whitney Museum of American Art, and The Metropolitan Museum of Art.
Very good vintage condition. Paper is clean with no visible tears or foxing. Colors remain soft and balanced. Frame shows light age-appropriate wear and presents well.
