Gurhan Orhan is a Turkish designer known for pioneering the resurgence of 24k gold craftsmanship. Using tools reminiscent of the Anatolian and Byzantine eras, each Gurhan piece is handmade through labor intensive processes; in Gurhan’s pieces, one square inch of gold may bear over 1000 hammer strokes, which strengthens the 24k gold. Gurhan’s designs are often inpsired by ancient coins, micro mosiacs, and rare gemstones. The Lush Collection was introduced in the late 1990’s. The collection is ever-evolving as new pieces are introduced to the collection each year.

The bracelet measures 7.5” and weighs 6.28 grams. The discs vary in size, ranging from 7/16” x 9/16” to 9/16” x 5/8”. It has a lobster clasp and a tag that contains the Gurhan hallmark, the style # BY283, and .990 for 24k gold. It comes in a Gurhan pouch for safekeeping. See less
