Heavy cast iron highly decorated frame on three sculptured legs with an equally dense wooden round top and lower shelf.

Motifs are British inspired - a lion figure around the perimeter, the Union Jack flag in shield form on each leg "hip," with a female figure as if at the prow of a sailing ship. Magnificent Empire imagery.

24" diameter on top, tapering to a 10"diameter on the lower shelf. 30" tall.

Paint finished in a spectacular faux-finish dark blue / green, with undertints of gold and black. An artisan treatment for sure.

Structurally very sound with no loosening or corrosion in any connections.
