The silhouette is compact yet generous: a softly reclined back, deep seat, and clean, monolithic volumes held within a refined open wooden frame that gives the piece a crisp architectural outline without losing its lounge character.

The upholstery was professionally renewed in 2025 in a richly textured textile featuring a honeycomb-style raised pattern in golden ochre over a cool grey ground. This graphic, light-catching surface amplifies the sculptural geometry of both the chair and the cube ottoman while remaining elegant and tailored in close view. The set is finished with small polished metal feet that lift the forms subtly off the floor, adding a discreet note of refinement and helping the pieces read light despite their substantial comfort.
