Design Plus Gallery presents a Set of Six Louis XVI Style Dining Side Chairs. The set of chairs have a white washed frame with a style of Neoclassical French chairs from the late 18th century. Note the straight lines, shield seat backs, straight fluted legs, and restrained rosette carvings. This style is in contrast to the ornate Rococo style and reflecting enlightenment ideals of reason and order. Their frames have a white finish with light blue silk sateen upholstery. In good condition, visible and minimal wear from usage.
