With margin notes signed off by J.H. Dearle which the design team have used to guide their artistic interpretation Meda Iris is reimagined as a small-scale design. Reminiscent of Little Chintz stylised irises and leaves form a pattern following the symmetry of a damask structure typical of finely detailed small-scale designs. The variety of colour and movement across the pattern makes for a superb coordinating design. Charming and enigmatic.
