This is a pair of vintage Chinese cloisonné enamel brass vases.
The vases feature intricate floral designs of large purple flowers and leaves on a white background with a brown cloud pattern. The top rim and base of the vases have a brass finish.
Cloisonné is an ancient decorative technique where fine metal wires are placed on a surface to form compartments, which are then filled with vibrant enamel and fired in a kiln.
