A Neat Antique Oak Workbench Barstool, With Wire Repairs, Circa 1890’s
Made in the USA, circa 1880-1900
Made from Oak wood, with metal wire reinforcements.
Size: 14" across seat, 16 1/2" wide at the base, 28 1/2" seat height, 28 1/2" overall height.
Condition: Original as found condition, one lower spindle was broken and removed a long time ago, and presumably at that time the wire reinforcements were added to stabilise the stool. lots of patina, with most likely the original finish. Lots of use and wear marks from age/use.
