An abstract serigraph print titled "Structure Series #47" by the American artist Harry Hilson (1935-2004). Signed and dated to the lower right, this work features abstract shapes of dark brown, purple, and blue that fit together into a rectangular plane. Unframed, the work is numbered 16/200 to the lower center and titled to the lower left.
Harry Hilson was active from the 1950s-1990s. He created a variety of works, including oil paintings, ink drawings, wool tapestries, wax paintings, video art, sculpture, and more. His studios could be found in New York, California, Texas, Georgia, and Florida. Hilson and his wife, Jane, also ran a framing company called Fine Art Inc.
