It has a pair of hand painted copper medallion plates on each side surrounded by gilt ormolu. The pedestal has 2 bronze ormolu bust of a Moorish woman on each side. It's carved in the Art Nouveau, Eastlake style as can be seen by its form and carvings. 2 faux Inlaid panels adorn each side. The base has an ormolu ring, and the legs terminate into bowed feet.
