Dimensions: height 18.5 cm, diameter 10 cm.

The piece belongs to the Owari tradition and is associated with Andō Shippōten, a well-known cloisonné maker from Nagoya.

The deep ruby-red ground gives the vase a warm, almost translucent glow, with subtle tonal shifts that change with the light. Cranes fly around the body of the vase, finely rendered with elegant lines and soft contrasts. The metal mounts at the top and base, together with the stamped mark on the underside, give the piece a refined, finished look.

The vase comes with its original leaflet and packaging.

Even without flowers, it is a striking decorative object: a refined interior accent with a distinctly Japanese character.

In very good condition with normal signs of age and use. See less
