A staple of the French kitchenware, this earthenware pot is known as a pot à confit. It was traditionally used to store preserved contents in a country kitchen. The distinctive glazing technique—where the glaze covers only the upper half and "drips" down the sides—was purely functional. This piece features a creamy ochre glaze with beautiful dark chocolate-colored drips and two sturdy ear handles, embodying the rustic charm of Provence. This pot is a "Country Kitchen" Statement. At 14.5 inches tall, it is the perfect vessel for heavy, abundant floral arrangements.
