The walnut-tone frames show beautiful grain and patina, and the seats and backs are upholstered in black horsehair-on-hide, which adds rich texture and a bold contrast to the natural wood. The chairs are sturdy and comfortable, with some scratches consistent with age that are shown in the photos. They work well at a dining table, in a study or as a pair of statement accent chairs. Each chair measures 25 inches wide by 24 inches deep by 33 inches high, with an 18-inch seat height, and the two are sold together as a pair. See less
