Monumental silver-plated crown-top hall lantern (Victorian / neoclassical revival) : Lighting for a grand hall: the crown lantern A monumental silver-plated hanging hall lantern salvaged from an Irish country house estate. The design is highly ornate, featuring a large crown finial, cast ornamentation (acanthus leaves, scrolls), and glass panels. The heavy silver plate displays a deep antique patina.
