Has 9 fenestrated brass ‘peacock feathers’ that fan out from the center. The reflection of the flames through the screen is exquisite. It even looks pretty when the fire is out. The feathers collapse into the center for convenient storage. There is a scallop shell base and finial. In excellent condition with period wear and patina, consistent with age and use. There is no serious damage or repairs.
