A black and cream abstract serigraph print by Puerto Rican artist Julio Rosada del Valle (1922-2008). This print depicts several black shapes stacked on top of each other. Displayed in a black frame and a white mat, the print is signed and numbered 255/375 to the lower edge.
Julio Rosada del Valle is known for his lyrical abstract compositions inspired by the American abstract expressionism he encountered during his time as a Guggenheim fellow in 1957 in New York City. Later in his life, he pivoted to portraiture, still life painting, and figurative work.
