An abstract serigraph print by Puerto Rican artist Julio Rosada del Valle (1922-2008). This work features black organic-like strands reaching up toward a yellow circle. The print is signed and numbered 367/375 on lower edge and is displayed in a black frame and a white mat.
Julio Rosada del Valle is known for his lyrical abstract compositions inspired by the American abstract expressionism he encountered during his time as a Guggenheim fellow in 1957 in New York City. Later in his life, he pivoted to portraiture, still life painting, and figurative work.
