Beautiful condition, keeping in mind that this is vintage and not new so will have signs of use and wear even if it has been refinished or restored. Is there anything quite as TERRIFIC as TESELLATED TRAVERTINE?? We think NOT!!!! This is a fantastic set including a console or sofa table and a wonderful wall mirror comprised of tessellated travertine in a variegated creamy off-white, beige, tan, & white. This table features incredible trapezoid shaped legs with rounded edges, and a lovely decorative brass inlay on the tabletop. It is nothing short of spectacular. And then you are presented with its marvelous matching rectangular wall mirror (also with rounded edges,} framed by the same creamy off-white, beige, tan, & white tessellated travertine bearing four wonderful raw edge stone diagonal decorative designs on the vertical sides of the mirror glass…. GORGEOUS!!!!! This set made with attention to detail, of high quality, & is simply breathtaking! It is designed in the manner of Maitland Smith, made in the Philippines for Mission Furniture, Los Angeles. There are many ways to utilize this amazing pair…you could use it in an entry as a great place to throw your keys and check your hair before leaving the house, along a wall in the dining area, in a dressing room, or adorn it with foliage & magazines in your study. Of course, they do not have to stay together. Split them up and use the console/sofa table behind your sofa in the living room then hang the mirror in the hall. It would be perfect for a fitting room in a boutique or against a wall in your bedroom… wherever you want a little drama and a bold, BEAUTIFUL statement, this set is what you need.
