This Jingdezhen porcelain creamer is decorated in Guangcai style, featuring overglaze Famille-rose enamels with gilt accents arranged around the traditional Eight Treasures (Babao) motif.
The rounded body, loop handle, and pouring spout follow established Chinese service forms adapted for modern tableware production. Guangcai decoration, historically associated with Canton enameling, was widely revived in Jingdezhen during the late 20th century for both domestic and export markets, emphasizing symbolic imagery and vibrant enamel palettes.
The Eight Treasures represent auspicious associations with prosperity, harmony, and longevity, presented here within reserve panels and border bands. The piece is marked to the base, consistent with Jingdezhen manufacture, and was intended as part of a coordinated tea or table service rather than as an individual display object.
Provenance details unknown; acquired directly from a Northern California collection.
