Fish serving platter ‘Bodum Provence’ white ceramic whole fish serving tray. Oven to table. ‘Bodum was inspired by the Provence lifestyle, which celebrates the importance of friends and family getting together for elaborate meals and elegant entertaining.’ In 2005 Jorgen Bodum challenged some skilled young designers to reinterpret traditional French style oven to tableware to meet Bodum’s modern functional style. There are 2 pieces to this server, the platter itself and an insert with holes to allow the juices to flow through. Top quality made by Bodum in excellent condition.
