Designed by the legendary Asta Strömberg, this was hand-blown using a heavy-gather technique to achieve its substantial, thick-walled form. The centerpiece of the design is a serene nautical scene featuring a sailboat and seagulls, meticulously hand-engraved using traditional copper-wheel techniques, which gives the motif a remarkable depth and texture. Substantial in weight and architectural in its faceted form, this hand-signed 1950s–60s piece serves as both a functional floral vessel and a striking work of sculptural glass art, making it a sophisticated addition to any collection of fine European crystal.
It is in great vintage condition( marks and some scratches on the bottom, and a very minor small chip, please check the last pic).
