Stunning vintage hollowware Sterling Silver Meriden Britannia Repoussé Flowers Pedestal Compote, likely made between 1895-1898 based on when the company operated and made hollowware before being added into International Silver Co. The marking on the bottom shows the Phoenix hallmark with an "M" between the wings, "Sterling," and the number "906," probably a pattern number.
This piece has a storied history and the design is unique and beautiful. It is in excellent condition. An heirloom statement piece to be treasured!
