Top V-slat is quarter-sawn oak, as well as the four square vertical members. Original leather seat was replaced, but a partial original paper label with original seat bottom material were conserved and attached to the replacement fabric on the bottom. The Gustav Stickley medieval joiner’s compass logo (stamped, used from 1907 to 1912) is visible on the lower right corner of the back rail. See less
