Top V-slat is quarter-sawn oak, as well as the four square vertical members. Original leather seat was replaced, but a partial original paper label attached original seat bottom were conserved and attached to the fabric on the bottom. The Gustav Stickley medieval joiner’s compass logo (stamped on wood, used from 1907 to 1912) is visible on the lower right corner of back rail. See less
