This is an oversized French country style bench or ottoman with a solid birch frame and padded seat. The frame has carved details and fluted legs. The seat is covered in a neutral tan textured velvet.
The bench is unmarked but is probably from the 2000s. It is in good used condition. It is very solid, and the wood frame is in good shape with a few scuffs. The upholstery is free of tears but has some stains. It could be reupholstered if desired. The cushioning is a bit soft and sinks a bit in the middle.
