Antique Whisky Jug, this "Primitive" antique whiskey jug has a simple, utilitarian design, handcrafted nature, and a focus on function over embellishment. Made of thick, heavy stoneware, with a salt-glazed finish that produces a unique, slightly bumpy, glass-like surface. Having a brown neck and tan body with a slightly crackled glaze design. The piece dates back to the late 1800's to early 1900's.
Excellent condition given age, a couple of "character flaws" see pictures.
