The umbrella stand is made of metal and features a lattice pattern. It is decorated at the top and bottom with a cord, also made of gold-plated metal.
The stand has a golden patina. It was manufactured in the 1960s by Li Puma in Florence, Italy. The cord is marked "Italy."
